A Busy Life Deserves a Little Breathing Space

Another busy day.?

Back-to-back meetings, endless spreadsheets and a phone that won’t stop ringing. You’re working overtime again, and time for yourself keeps moving to tomorrow.

That’s why she’s calling. She needs a moment to pause.

At Whole with Brigi, you can take one hour for yourself—a little time for your soul, to slow down and gather your thoughts.

You don’t need meditation experience to begin. I’ll explain the session and help you settle in, just as you are.

Choose the Way You Want to Unwind

It’s everyday life—but where is the time for you?

The washing is piling up. The children need you. Your laptop is open, and you’re trying to finish one email while answering another “Mum!”

It’s everyday life—but where is the time for you?

That’s why a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls offers a space to put the tasks down and enjoy a quiet pause. You lie or sit comfortably while I gently play the bowls. There’s nothing to achieve and no meditation experience needed.

What does research say? In a small study of 62 adults, participants reported less tension and tiredness after a singing-bowl sound meditation. The findings are encouraging, although there was no comparison group to show whether the bowls themselves caused the improvement.

One hour for yourself. Space to rest and gather your thoughts.

Never Ending?

School runs, work, washing, dinner—and tomorrow, you do it all again. You love your family, but you deserve a little time that belongs just to you.

Mum needs a pause. Dad does too. Time alone can be a chance to gather your thoughts and enjoy something you’ve chosen for yourself.

Why not spend that hour enjoying Frequency healing,  Guided Meditation or a Chakra-balancing session focused on relaxation and reflection?

A simple fact: Meditation doesn’t mean having an empty mind. It involves practising bringing your attention back to a focus, such as your breathing or a sound, whenever your thoughts wander.

You spend so much time looking after life. Take a little time to enjoy it, too.
